My Pontiac G6 was making unbearable road...
My Pontiac G6 was making unbearable road noise. After some research, I thought the problem was the wheel bearings. After the diagnostic process, Erik's informed me that BOTH front wheel assemblies were bad, and I was expecting to pay $990 to have them replaced. My Service Advisor did some more research and discovered that this problem was covered by my 100K Powertrain warranty. I was extremely happy with my service experience and my car is perfectly quiet on the road now. Thank you to Erik's and especially to my Service Advisor! Charles Gray Noblesville, IN

My 2012 Malibu was in for an oil change. ...
My 2012 Malibu was in for an oil change. I was greeted promptly and my information taken. I was driven to the nearby Bob Evans and dropped off where I ate breakfast. I was called and picked up and returned to Eriks when my car was finished. I paid my bill and my car was returned to me.

This is the 4th vehicle I have bought off...
This is the 4th vehicle I have bought off of Don Howard. He has always treated me well and provided excellent customer service. Randy in Finance also treated me very well. I have recommended friends before who have bought a vehicle off Don. Eriks Chevrolet also has an excellent assortment of vehicles. Yes I go back because I am treated well.

I was told I needed a new air cleaner at a...
I was told I needed a new air cleaner at a cost of $49.00 I had not replaced an air filter myself for sometime but the price seemed to be excessive to me. I rejected the air filter. I was able to purchase one a "Fram" for $18.29. It took at most 5 minutes to install. Your charge to install would have been about $31.00 for five minutes of work. That is excessive and makes me wonder what other work you do that is over priced. The work Erick's has proved has been good but such pricing on something simple is not a positive way to build customer trust.
