Adam, my sales representative was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I was looking at and ultimately purchased. I was treated with respect and like I’ve been a customer for years. I met a few of the other team who were all outgoing. The receptionist, sorry if that’s the wrong title, was truly one of the highlights. She made my entrance feel welcomed and not an intrusion. Came in just browsing for a Suburban and Chris Sadler took the time to casually show me everything on it and all the features the car had. Went and thought about it and came back a few days later to purchase the vehicle, absolutely love how low stress and pressure it was and he helped me through all questions. Truly an amazing experience and one of a kind.
Well I was not happy! I asked them if they looked at the break pads and I was told that they measured them when they do the tire rotation! Well this is the second time I have asked about that and I got nothing! So I guess I will be trying somewhere else! My last vehicle when I took it to Button Motors I received so much more information! Just flat disappointed that when asked you just lied to my face!

Of all the new car dealers I've dealt with the last number of years, Erik's service department is and has been the best. They take your car in when you get there, it's frequently done before it's scheduled to be finished, and I've never had to take one back.

I have had bodywork done on my vette by Erik’s twice. They did a great job both times. They use a computer to scan my car to ensure paint match. The car would come back spotless inside and out, very shiny. Richard the manager is very knowledgeable and helpful with the insurance company.

Great experience purchasing a new vehicle here from Jay! He was very communicative via phone and text message during my car search. At the dealership, I felt everyone I talked to was straightforward and honest every step of the way. Neither the sales nor finance teams were pushy, and the price I saw was the price I got as I did not have to decline a thousand add-ons like in the old days. Plus the little dealership viking logo on the back of the car is cute, I would buy from here again!
Not unhappy with the oil change. It took a little long but then they also plugged a tire that had a screw in it. The men working there were patient and kind to a senior citizen that is having to take over things her husband did

I spoke with Anthony in the service department. I had great service today! My only complaint is that you guys charged me $90 to replace a cabin air filter which is absolutely ridiculous. Other than than I enjoyed my experience today.
