Everyone was kind, welcoming, and courteous. We felt like we were being welcomed into a family home by offering coffee, water, and a comfy place to wait. The sales staff was professional, helped us with information gathering, and didn’t make us feel pressured or rushed, but encouraged us to come back when we were ready and we definitely will!
I highly recommend Erik’s Chevy in Kokomo to find the car you are looking for. All the staff was very nice, however Jon the sales man helped me find just what I was looking for !

Originally went in for an oil change and ended up trading my car in. Everyone was really nice. Jon Dotson was my sales guy. He was very professional and walked me through all my new car features which was very informative.

Would have given a 5 star review but unfortunately today was not the day. Went to get tire service on my car early and now 1:45pm it has not been taken care off. Guessing because I was not a “waiter” they just left it to the end of the shift. Hoping next time my experience is better.

He was able to answer my questions regarding performance, capabilities, and service for my highly anticipated purchase. Mr. Hoover was friendly and intelligent while preparing the contracts for the purchase and explaining benefits and warranties clearly. Everyone I encountered were professional, pleasant, and knowledgeable.

In my opinion, Erik's Chevrolet sets the standard to create a great customer experience. I have purchased (2) new Chevrolet vehicles there in the last (2) months and I am extremely satisfied with the low pressure, honest, and transparent sales and finance support I received from Harry Koon, Jeff Martin, and Matt Hoover. Erik's Chevrolet has a very strong family atmosphere and now I feel like one of their family too. Needless to say, I will always return to and highly recommend to others, Erik's Chevrolet for any vehicle purchase.
My local dealer failed to keep open communication for ordering a new Equinox, so I searched elsewhere. I spoke to Harry at the Kokomo dealership and knew I had made the right decision. He kept me updated and had everything ready for me. Adam worked with me also and showed a great deal of knowledge and patience in explaining everything my new car offered. I came to Erik’s because my local dealerships in Hamilton County came up short on selection and customer service. Shawn helped me out when I came up to look at a truck and I decided to order one so I could get exactly what I wanted. Unfortunately before my truck came in, Shawn left for another job. Jon and Harry stepped up in his place with absolutely awesome customer service and I ended up getting exactly the truck that I wanted off their lot before mine had even started production. My sales person Jay Bass was great. I came from out-of-state to make the purchase of a new Blazer and Jay made the entire process very easy. Matt Hoover and the rest of the staff were very responsive and knowledgeable as well.
My wife and I are very happy with the purchase of our 2025 Chevrolet Trax. The trade in amount I received from the sales manager helped reduce our loan amount and we received approval to purchase a Trax that was arriving earlier. Bob Moore is an excellent salesperson. This is the second vehicle we have purchased with Bob's help. The finance manager was friendly and efficient
